Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your email address, and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may refuse registration, suspend or close accounts that provide false information, or that we reasonably believe are being used in breach of these Terms.

2. The Service

GSMToolMint provides access to software tools, device activation and IMEI-related services, tool rentals, and digital files. Features, prices and availability may change over time. Some services are provided by third-party providers, and their results depend on those providers.

3. Wallet, payments and pricing

Some features are paid for from a wallet balance on your account. Wallet top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full payment card details. Prices are shown before you confirm an order. Orders placed from your wallet are charged when confirmed.

Wallet balances are not bank deposits and are not interest-bearing. Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, payments for services that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If a service fails for a reason within our control, we will review the order and may credit your wallet.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including unlocking, activating or tampering with devices you do not own or have authority to service;
• submit stolen, blacklisted or fraudulent device identifiers;
• attempt to bypass payment, rental limits or access controls;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute our software, files or content without written permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or overload our systems.

5. Digital files and software

Files and software provided through the Service are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them in accordance with these Terms and any instructions provided. All intellectual property remains with GSMToolMint or its licensors.

6. Your responsibility for devices

You are solely responsible for the devices you service or activate and for complying with the laws that apply to them, including ownership and consent requirements. You must have the right to perform any operation you request. GSMToolMint is not responsible for data loss, bricked devices or other damage arising from your use of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSMToolMint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, any unused wallet balance will be handled in line with applicable law and our payment provider rules.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where the change is material, notify you through the Service. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
